浅析如何加强工程项目设计阶段造价的管理与控制

Cost management and control for the project should be run through the whole process of project construction. And the cost control of project design phase is the key part of the whole project cost control. Based on analyzing the importance of cost management and control of project at design stage, combined with the reasons of out of control of cost control of project at design stage, the paper puts forward the solutions and countermeasures on strengthening cost management and control of project at design stage.%　　工程项目造价的管理与控制应贯穿项目建设的全过程，而工程设计阶段的造价控制是整个工程的造价控制关键阶段。本文在分析工程项目设计阶段造价管理与控制重要性的基础上，结合当前工程项目设计阶段工程造价失控的，就如何加强工程项目设计阶段造价的管理与控制提出了几点解决措施和对策。
