The paper firstly introduces the background of the development of our real estate market and the source of lean thinking, then the derivation lean thinking of the meaning and principle, And the successful cases analysis, finally puts forward lean thinking in the cost management of the application of some enlightenment.%　　论文首先介绍了我国房地产市场发展的背景和精益思想的来，然后引出了精益思想的内涵和则，并进行了成功案例的分析，最后提出了精益思想在成本管理中应用的几点启示。
