铁路客运专线项目标准化建设的探索与实践

摘要

结合宁杭客运专线标准化建设施工经验，从管理制度、人配备、现场管理、过程控制四个方面介绍标准化工地建设的规划部署，为标准化工地建设提供参考。%Combined with the standardized construction experience of Nanjing -Hangzhou passenger dedicated line, this paper introduces the planning deployment of standardized site construction from the management system, personnel allocation, site management, and process control aspects, to provide reference for standardization of site construction.
