我国计划生育利益导向制度运行问题探讨

摘要

Since implementing the interest-oriented policies of family planning in China, it has continuous improvement in development. But this policy in practice also exists a number of specific problems, such as inadequate awareness, inadequate funding, policy level is not high. These problems seriously hindered the healthy development of interest-oriented policies of family planning, so that its functionality cannot be fully realized. Therefore, this article explores the family planning benefit-oriented system in operation, including the specific practice of interest-oriented policies and problems and related policy, hoping to perfect and optimize the benefit-oriented system.%　　计划生育利益导向政策在我国实行以来，在发展中得到不断的完善提高。但这项政策在具体的实践中也存在一系列的问题，如宣传力度不够、经费投入不足、政策运行层次不高等。这些问题严重阻碍了计划生育利益导向政策的健康发展，使其功能性不能得到完全发挥。因此，本文特探讨了我国计划生育利益导向制度的运行问题，主要包括利益导向政策的具体实践和出现的问题以及相关完善政策，希望以此来完善和优化利益导向制度。
