浅析政治思想工作对医院管理的作用

摘要

Political and ideological work as the important experience of hospital administration is the import part of hospital management. Generally speaking, the political and ideological work is the basis for promoting healthy development of hospital management. For hospitals, it can better develop only relying on the political and ideological work that adapts to its development. The article presents the problems in political and ideological work of hospital, combined with the development situation of hospital, and points out its role in hospital administration, aiming at have a deeper understanding.%　　作为医院管理工作中必须要汲取的重要经验，政治思想工作是近年来医院管理工作中国必须要强调的内容。总的来讲，政治思想工作是促进医院管理工作健康发展的基础。对于医院而言，只有依托适合其发展的政治思想工作才能让医院更好更快的发展。本文主要对医院政治思想工作中存在的问题进行阐述，并结合医院发展现状指出其在医院管理中的具体作用，旨在对医院管理中政治思想工作有一个更深层次的认识。
