中小型企业中ERP系统的存在现状

摘要

近年来,随着信息技术的发展,ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning企业资源计划)系统在企业管理中得到了广泛的应用。它可以记录企业经营活动中各种业务流程操作,及时向管理人员提供有效的决策支持,并通过对信息的整理和有效传递,实现信息资源的共享与利用,使企业资源得到合理的配置和利用,因而受到广大企业的青睐。但在具体应用中,特别是中小型企业,事实上并未取得相应的效果。本文针对这一现象通过调研以及归纳总结的方法分析其中原因,并提出相应的建议和指导。%In recent years, with the development of information technology, ERP (Enterprise Resource, Planning) system has been widely used in business management. It can record a variety of business processes in the operation of the business activities, provide effective decision support to the management personnel timely and achieve sharing and utilization of information resources through the collation and effective transmission of information, making enterprise resources obtain reasonable configuration and utilization, thus it is favored by the majority of enterprises. But in specific applications, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, it does not obtain the corresponding effect in fact. For this phenomenon, this paper analyze the reasons and proposes appropriate recommendations and guidance through the methods of investigation and summarization.
