高职高专院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的探讨

摘要

Higher vocational education's goal is to train high-quality skilled specialists, and construction of double-qualification teachers is fundamental to the reform and development of higher vocational education. Construction of double-professionally-titled teachers in higher vocational colleges should open culture channel, optimize double-professionally-titled teacher quality, clear direction of double-professionally-titled teachers in development, introduce talent and other means, built a protection mechanism of double-qualification teacher team building, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational education.%　　高职教育的目标是培养高素质技能型专门人才，而“双师型”教师队伍建设是高等职业教育改革和发展的根本。高职高专院校双师型教师队伍建设要通过打通双师型教师的培养渠道、优化教师素质、明确双师型教师的发展方向、引进人才等手段，建立起双师型教师队伍建设的保障机制。从而推动高等职业教育健康、持续发展。
