强化三种管理理念推进军校教育管理

摘要

For management features of military academies education, by taking the some military institutes for the study object, on the basis of the new concept of modern institutes education management, this paper proposes to strengthen the new concept of people-oriented management, informatization management, regulations and systems management. Through practice tests, three management philosophies are more adapted to the facts of the military academies.%　　针对军队院校教育管理的特点，本文以部分院校管理为研究对象，在现代高等院校教育管理新理念的基础上，提出强化以人为本的管理、信息化管理、法规制度管理的新理念，通过实践检验，这三种管理理念更适应军队院校的实情。
