施工企业项目价值管理的初步探讨

Value management is an important topic of the International Management in recent years. EVA (economic value added) index introduced into the evaluation of central enterprises is the major basis of performance evaluation. Project value management is stiE in the preliminary stage of China's research, and in China, the practice and application in construction enterprise is seldom. Based on the related material of value management, combined with the author's experience, the paper discussed the application of value management in project management of construction enterprise.%价值管理是近年来国际管理学中的重要课题,国务院国资委对央企的考核评价近年也引入价值管理中的EVA(经济增加值)指标做为主要业绩衡量依据,项目价值管理学在我国的研究还处于初步阶段,在国内施工企业的实践运用还很少,本文以价值管理相关资料为基础,结合作者在实际项目工作中的经验和感悟,对价值管理在施工企业项目中的运用试进行初步的探讨.
