我国企业“走出去”东盟发展人才需求分析与培养——以柬埔寨西哈努克港经济特区为例

         

摘要

Under the guidance of the "go global" strategy, the enterprises in China has obtained impressive achievement and expanded the overseas market in recent years. Since 2011, the foundation of China—ASEAN Free Trade Area, China and ten countries of ASEAN open their market mutually, a group of labor-intensive enterprises of China invest in business. Along with the economic globalization, the internationalization process of global manufacture, trade and service has been accelerating. A great number of managerial and administrative staff, professionals and technical workers who accord with the internationalization are support for these enterprises to broaden the international development space and occupy the advantage in international competition and division. So, how to cultivate the talents who accord with the development of enterprises is a key issue for "go global" of enterprises presently. The paper analyses the talents demand and designs the cultivation items of enterprises in Sihanouk port in Kampuchea Special Economic Zone, to explore a talent—cultivating way of overseas development of China enterprises.%近年来,我国企业在“走出去”战略方针的指引下,获得了令世人注目的成绩,企业海外业务得到迅速拓展.自2011年中国一东盟自由贸易区建成启动以来,中国与东盟十国相互开放市场,国内一批劳动密集型企业陆续到东盟投资兴办企业,随着经济全球化加速了全球生产、贸易、服务的国际化进程,这些企业要想拓宽国际发展空间、占据国际竞争与分工的制高点,就必须有大量符合国际化要求的经营管理人才、专业技术人才和技术型产业工人作为支撑,培养符合企业发展的人才成为企业“走出去”面临的重要课题.文章通过对柬埔寨西哈努克港经济特区企业人才需求分析与培养项目设计,以期探索出一条中国企业海外发展人才培养之路.
