小型工业蒸汽锅炉水容量小,极易产生缺水爆炸事故,目前还没有一些较好的措施避免这种事故发生.易熔塞一种安全泄压装置,在蒸汽机车锅炉上广泛应用,而且效果很好,技术成熟.本文就如何把易熔塞应用到工业蒸汽锅炉上进行深入探讨.%Small-scale industrial steam boilers have a small water capacity, making them easily involved in explosive accident because of water shortage. Currently, no effective measure has been developed to avoid the occurrence of such accident. The fusible plug, a safe equipment for pressure relief, has been widely applied in steam locomotive boilers with good effect and mature technology. This article will investigate in details whether the fusible plug can be applied in industrial steam boilers and how it can be applied.
