质量动态PDCA方法在建筑工程项目管理中的应用

In this paper, according to the special nature of building products and complexity of the construction.it is analyzed of 5M1E quality factors of construction projects, combined with the actual project quality management, the paper puts forward corresponding improvement measures, aimed at strengthening construction project in the whole process of dynamic quality control from quality planning, process, so as to improve the quality of construction enterprises management efficiency.lt is value in our accounting practice.%针对建筑施工的复杂性和建筑产品的特殊性,分析了影响建设项目质量的5M1E因素,结合项目质量管理实际,从质量计划的建立、过程质量控制方面提出了相应的改善措施,旨在强化建筑工程项目全过程的动态质量监控,从而为提高建筑企业质量管理效率有一定的指导意义.
