Based on the basic theory about remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain, from the strategic perspective, this paper studies cooperative and competitive strategies between OEM and third-party manufacturer, and builds remanufacturing cooperation model that they remanufacture the EOL products jointly between OEM and third-party manufacturer. At last, the paper analyzes the strategic choice and decision-making basis for OEM under two decision-making mechanism by solving the model.%本文立足于供应链协调与合作竞争的基础理论,从需求信息不对称角度研究二级供应链下的定价策略,分别构建了信息私有与信息共享下博弈模型,通过分析与比较给出不同的决策建议.并尝试考虑了信息预测准确度对定价模型的影响.
