排污权交易下企业行为的微观分析

摘要

Acid rain is one of the important environmental pollution problems in our country. As SO2 is the main factor of acid rain, reducing SO2 emissions can not be ignored. Emission trading is one of the methods to reduce SO2 emissions. This paper analyzes the effectiveness of emission trading. Then this paper gets the conclusion of the use of emission trading is benefitial to both the society and enterprises. Finally, this paper makes some suggestions to the construction of emission system.%酸雨是我国面临的重要环境污染问题之一,SO2作为其主要形成因素,减少SO2排放问题不容忽视.排污权交易是减少SO2排放的手段之一.文章对排污权的有效性进行分析,得出排污权的使用对企业和社会均有利的结论,最后对排污权制度的建设提出几点建议.
