计算机数值模拟在刮板输送机左轨座中的应用

摘要

运用传统的方法对刮板输送机左轨座的铸造工艺进行了设计,利用V-Cast软件对工艺的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,分析了缺陷产生的原因；将暗冒口改为保温冒口,优化了工艺,模拟结果显示,优化工艺实现了轨座的顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松等缺陷.%The preliminary casting process of left rail block scraper conveyor was designed by traditional method.The solidification of initial process was simulated by the V-Cast software.The cause of the shrinkage defects of original technology was analyzed.Through changing the original dark riser out the insulating riser, the result shows optimized technology can ensure castings progressive solidification and eliminate the shrinkage and the porosity.
