Through the online test, this paper focuses on the analysis and comparison on influence of tobacco physical index at different wind speed and distance. The result shows that within the test range, the tobacco moisture content, whole cut rate, filling value, and elasticity value decrease by degree with pneumatic conveying speed and distance increases. When meeting the production demand, appropriately reducing the wind speed and distance can reduce tobacco physical index change.%通过在线试验,重点分析比较不同风送速度和距离对烟丝物理指标的影响程度.结果表明:在试验范围内,随着风送速度和距离的增加,风送后烟丝含水率、整丝率、填充值和弹性指标下降程度整体呈递增趋势.在满足生产的条件下,适当降低风送速度和距离,可减少烟丝物理指标改变程度.
