The material supply workflow was proposed and optimized. It includes of the different stages with before, during, and after material supply. The material supply workflow and value Stream were researched according to cost. And the optimization solutions were proposed for manufacturing material supply control and management based on LP and value stream. It is from different aspects about closed-loop management of suppliers and material supply, strategic management of material supply, and so on.
