引发食品安全的原因和对策浅析

     

摘要

科学技术是把“双刃剑”,既给人类的生活带来了诸多福利,也造成了许多负面效应.这一问题同样暴露在食品安全问题上.食品企业的安全生产关系到公众的生命健康,责任重大.但是,近几年我国不断发生食品生产重大安全事故.本文分析了食品安全问题的现状、原因,并提出相应的对策.加强食品生产企业的伦理道德建设,树立利益与道义相结合,讲诚信、责任担当的企业伦理思想,采取相关有效的措施,对于规范食品企业的行为具有重要意义,同时也对保障社会稳定做出了贡献.%Science and technology is "the double-edged sword ", which gives human life to bring a lot of benefits, but also has caused many negative effects. This problem is exposed in the food safety issue as well. Food safety in production enterprises is related to public health, the responsibility is major. However, recently, our country occurred to food production safety accidents all the time. The essay tries to analyze the present situation and reasons of food safety issues, at the same time, it offers the corresponding measures. Therefore, to strengthen the ethics construction of food production enterprises, establish the combination the interest and moral, stresses integrity and responsibility of enterprise ethics thought, take effective measures, not only for great significance of standardizing the behaviors of food enterprises, but also makes contribution to ensure the social stability.
