Value Engineering has been applied in many fields as an emerging scientific management method based on the combination of technology and economy. In this paper, starting from the basic theory of Value Engineering, through the use of Value Engineering in the fond investment decisions and the project investment decisions, the important role of Value Engineering in the investment decision-making is expounded.%价值工程做为一门基于技术与经济相结合的新兴的科学管理方法,已被应用很多领域中.本文主要从价值工程的基本理论出发,通过价值工程在基金投资决策和工程投资决策中的使用,阐述价值工程在投资决策中的重要作用.
