高职院校师资能力建设的重要性

Improving teachers' capacity is great significance.with the reform of education and teaching, and the connotation development of the quality of teaching. This paper investigates the building of teachers' capacity from the significance, the connotation, present situation and the measure.%在当前高职教育不断深化教育教学改革、全面提高教学质量的内涵发展时期,师资能力的提高具有重要的意义.本文从高职院校师资能力建设的意义,师资能力的内涵、师资能力的现状和提高师资能力的措施及建议四个方面探讨高职院校师资能力的建设.
