卓越绩效模式下铜冶炼企业车间岗位精细化管理推行研究

         

摘要

岗位价值精细化管理,体现了企业具体岗位投入和产出是否平衡及企业管理水平和经济效益.许多先进企业之所以能够取得很好的经济效益,来源于它先进科学的管理手段.铜冶炼企业作为云南省的支柱产业之一,其生产效率和质量是云南省能否实现科学、持续发展的关键.故在全省推行卓越绩效的背景下,研究如何推行岗位精细化管理确保和促进车间岗位管理效用,实现车间全方位精细管理.%The fine management of workshop posts reflects the balance of enterprises' input on posts and the output, enterprises' management level and economic interests. The reason why many advanced" enterprises can achieve great economic benefits lies in the scientific managerial methods. Copper melting enterprise is pillar industry in Yunnan Province and its production efficiency and quality matters a lot for realizing Yunnan's scientific and sustainable development. Under the backdrop of the provincial promotion of performance excellence, this paper is to investigate how promoting fine management of workshop posts ensures and improves the managerial effectiveness to realize overall fine management.
