预应力钢丝缠绕厚壁筒预紧过程数值模拟

         

摘要

预应力钢丝缠绕厚壁筒是化工航空航天等领域重要的加工设备.文章利用ANSYS载荷步建立了预应力钢丝缠绕厚壁筒缠绕过程的仿真计算模型,考虑钢丝层间及钢丝间摩擦对缠绕过程的不利作用.利用该方法对一尺寸为2310mm*3000mm的缠绕厚壁筒进行仿真分析,结果表明:筒体受到端部法兰的影响,其应力和位移是轴向位置的函数,筒体预紧状态最大的Mises应力为316.914MPa,Tresca应力约为329.98MPa.轴向应力在离端口595.29mm处达到最大值,约为121.53MPa;计算模型较好模拟缠绕过程,有限元计算结果和理论计算比较吻合.%Prestressed steel wire winding thick wall cylinder is chemical aerospace etc important processing equipment This paper, by using ANSYS load step combined with load condition (load case) establish a prestressed steel wire winding thick wall cylinder and shear winding process simulation model, considering wire layer and steel wire friction winding process to the adverse effect, a diameter of 2310 mm*3000 mm thick wall cylinder was analyzed by the method. The results show that: the cylinder flange influencer the radial displacement and stresses, so they are functions of the axial position.The maximum axial stress,which is 121.53MPa, is located about 595.29mm from the cylinder flange end.the maximum mises and Tresca stresses are about 316.914MPa and 329.98MPa.The FEA results agree weD with the theoretical results.
