职业院校专业创新团队的运行机制研究--以汽车检测与维修技术专业创新团队为例

摘要

本文以北京市职业院校汽车检测与维修技术专业创新团队建设为例，研究了创新团队运行机制，并提出了创新团队高效运行的策略。%Taking the innovation team construction of car detection and maintenance technology specialty of vocational colleges in Beijing for cases, this paper researches the operation mechanism of innovation team, and propose strategies for the efficient operation of the innovation team.
