防老剂AW对工程轮胎胎侧胶耐老化性能影响的研究

摘要

工程轮胎胎侧胶的传统防护体系是4010NA/4020，但随着大气臭氧浓度的增加，防护效果下降，本课题通过加入防老剂AW，并和4010NA/4020/RD/防护蜡进行并用，研究了防老剂AW并用体系对工程轮胎胎侧胶耐老化性能的影响。%The system of sidewall rubber resistance to ozone is 4010NA/4020, but due to the increase of ozone concentration of tire surface, the aging cracks of tire tread accelerated and the service life-time of engineering tire declined. This paper mainly studied the ozone resistance properties of tire sidewall rubber compound by protective agent AW and the system of AW/4010NA/4020/RD/paraffin and researched the effect of Sidewall rubber resistance to ozone.
