高职院校如何做好新型城镇化进程中农民技能培训的研究

At present, the situation of peasant-worker skill training in the new urbanization process is not satisfactory, and the effect is poor. As the government is vigorously promoting the new urbanization, the task of higher vocational colleges is to care the skill training of peasant-workers. They should seek the way to make full use of their specialty to help the peasants to get employed without having to go far.%目前，城镇化进程中新型农民工的技能培训现状堪忧、效果差。在国家大力推进新型城镇化的背景下，高职院校在新型农民工的技能培训工作中，要做的是如何关注农民工的技能培训教育，如何充分发挥高职院校的特长、尽量做到让农民工就近就业。
