高水平应用型、创新型研究生培养探讨

摘要

The quality of graduate student education can not meet the need of the high-tech enterprises, industrial restructuring for high level of applied and innovative talents. The way and the methods of graduate student developing for high level of applied and innovative talents are explored from graduate student developing orientation, training programs, courses learning, supervisors guiding, academic ambience, and Industry-Academia-Research, and the practice is made in graduate student training of mechanical engineering discipline.%研究生培养质量不能满足高新技术企业、产业结构调整对高水平应用型、创新型人才的需求。文章从研究生培养定位、培养计划、课程学习、导师指导、学术氛围、产学研等方面探讨地方高校高水平应用型、创新型研究生培养的途径和方式，并在机械工程学科研究生培养过程中进行实践。
