Through introducing the concept of POWER, this article establishes the components and types of enterprise culture. By questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis, it illustrates how to create the enterprise culture which can not only improve the quality of the staff, enhance enterprise staff centripetal force, but also is fit for the characteristics of the enterprise. It is expected that this paper can provide reasonable basis and suggestions for enterprise culture construction.%本文通过引进POWER(力量)的概念确立本文所主张的企业文化的构成要素及类型。通过问卷调查统计分析来说明如何创造一个既能提高企业员工素质,增强员工企业向心力,又能适合自身特点的企业文化。希望藉此能对企业在文化的建设方面提供合理的依据和建议。
