高职设计专业毕业生就业形势研究及探讨

摘要

With the more and more serious annual employment situation of colleges and universities, the employment problem has become a focus of attention. This article conducts the employment sampling investigation and analysis on the advertising media specialty and display design specialty graduates, analyzes the employment situation of higher vocational colleges of art, combined with specialty characteristics and curriculum of art colleges and universities, helps schools understand the reality requirements of society for talent cultivation of art higher vocational colleges, analyzes the problems in students employment, and puts forward various security measures that school, individual and society all levels can implement, prompting the solving of the difficult employment problem of related specialty students.%随着每年高校就业形势越来越严峻，就业问题已经成为人们关注的一大焦点。本文通过对广告媒体专业和展示设计专业毕业生进行就业抽样调研，针对艺术类高职院校的就业形势展开分析，结合艺术类院校专业特色和课程设置，帮助学校了解社会对艺术类高职院校人才培养的现实要求，浅析学生在就业时面临的种种问题。并且提出作为学校、个人及社会各个层面能够实行的各项保障措施，促使相关专业学生解决就业难的问题。
