从贯彻执行力入手加强医院管理

摘要

近年来，随着我国医疗市场竞争的日趋激烈，各医院间的竞争已不仅仅局限于医疗技术和管理水平。医院作为治病救人的重要场所，其管理执行力直接影响着其医疗质量，必须与以高度重视。本文系统地研究了医院管理执行力，并从贯彻执行力入手，就如何提升其管理质量提出了合理化建议。%In recent years, as China's medical market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the competition among hospitals has not only limited in medical technology and management level. Hospital as an important place for saving lives, its management execution directly affects the quality of care, so it must be highly concerned. This paper systematically studied the hospital management execution and pointed out the rational proposals to improve the quality of its management from the implementation of execution.
