预制装配整体式剪力墙住宅与现浇住宅造价的比较分析

摘要

本文通过将预制装配整体式剪力墙住宅与现浇住宅造的造价对比，发现真实的造价情况，进而为以后的政府或者建设单位、施工单位降低造价提供参考。%This paper compares the prefabricated assembly integral shear wall residence cost with common house and finds the difference, in order to provide strategies to the government,the employer and contractor to decrease the cost.
