BIS在ICU的应用价值

摘要

Objective: To explore the application value of bispectral index monitoring in ICU patients. Methods: 53 patients for the BIS monitoring of the Wuxi No.2 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University in March 2013-June 2014 are carried on the statistical analysis. Results:The BIS value and Ramasy score present significant negative correlation (p<0.01) with good correlation, the BIS value is negatively related to the Rls85 score (p<0.01) with good correlation, and the BIS value is positively correlated with GCS score (P<0.01) with good correlation. Conclusion:The bispectral index can be used to assess brain dysfunction, which guarantees patients' life and safety.%目的：探讨脑电双频指数监测在ICU患者中的应用价值。方法：对南京医科大学无锡市第二人民医院2013年3月-2014年6月进行BIS监测的53例患者进行统计分析。结果：BIS值与Ramasy评分显著负相关（p<0.01）相关性良好，BIS值与Rls85评分负相关（P<0.01），相关性良好。BIS值与GCS评分呈正相关关系（P<0.01），相关性良好。结论：脑电双频指数可用于评估脑功能障碍，为患者生命安全提供保障。
