工程管理专业本科毕业生就业现状调查与分析

摘要

本文通过对工程管理专业毕业生进行问卷调查，运用统计学相关知识发现了毕业生在前期工作上手难的问题。针对这些问题，建议课程内容与职业标准对接、课程设置上要强化专业核心能力及加强实践教学、提高毕业生实践动手能力，提出实践教学的有效方式。%Based on the questionnaires of engineering management specialty undergraduates, and by using relevant knowledge of statistics, the difficulty of preliminary work of the undergraduates is found. To solve these problems, this paper recommends to dock the curriculum and professional standards, strengthen the core competencies of the specialty and enhance the practical teaching in curriculum, and improve practical ability of undergraduates, and puts forward effective ways of practical teaching.
