In this paper, through the study of the financial risk, find out the reasons, and to take appropriate preventive strategies and the establishment of early warning system, adverse consequences in the most economic way to reduce the financial risks to a minimum, to ensure that the enterprise to obtain the considerable development and sustained profitability.%本文通过对财务风险的研究，寻找出原因，并采取适当的预防策略和建立预警系统，以最经济的方式来降低金融风险的不良后果降到最低，确保企业获得长足的发展和持续的盈利能力。
