中外基础设施建设中PPP模式应用状况对比研究

摘要

This article analyses the application of PPP mode in the infrastructure construction area at home and abroad between 1990 and 2011, discusses its trend and characteristics in energy, transportation, communication and water treatment through amount of investment and project number, and forecasts the development trend of the mode in China in the future.%本文对1990-2011年间中外基础设施建设领域应用PPP模式的情况进行对比分析，分别从投资额、项目数等角度探讨了PPP模式应用于中外能源、交通、通讯和水处理行业所呈现的态势与特征，并对该模式在我国未来的发展进行了展望。
