浅议如何提高企业招聘的有效性

提高企业的素质首先要提高人的素质，随着全球经济一体化进程的加快和电力企业的快速发展，新的管理制度对管理者提出了更高的要求。本论文主要结合作者所在电力企业招聘过程中出现的实际问题，探讨了一些关于提高企业招聘有效性的具体措施。%To improve the quality of enterprise, the first is to improve the quality of people.
