我国高校实施学分制教学管理中存在的问题及对策分析

摘要

In recent years, the "credit system" has been widely used in teaching management in colleges and universities, and obtains the affirmation of the majority of teachers and students. However, some problems are also gradually exposed in the implementation process of "credit system". This paper proposes that the teaching workers' idea should be changed, the course resources should be expanded, and the quality of the faculty and management level should be improved.%近年来，“学分制”已在高校教学管理中得到了广泛应用，并得到了广大师生的肯定。但是，在“学分制”实施过程中，也慢慢地暴露出一些问题，提出须转变教学工作者的思想观念，拓展选课资源，提高师资力量和管理水平。
