公立医院基层党支部服务功能的思考与实践--以无锡市人民医院内科党总支为例

在医疗改革不断深化和社会医疗需求不断增加的新形势下，充分发挥基层党支部的服务功能具有重要意义。本文介绍了增强基层党支部服务功能的途径并以无锡市人民医院内科党总支为例探讨了增强基层党支部服务功能的实践。%Under the new situation of deepening health care reform and increasing medical needs, to give full play to the service function of the basic level Party branch is of great significance. This paper introduces the ways to strengthen the basic-level Party branch service function and discusses the practice of the service function of the Party branch with case study of the general Party branch of the Department of Internal Medicine, Wuxi People's Hospital.
