Aimed at real estate linkage development of Shenyang economic zone, this paper theoretically analyses the mechanism of real estate linkage development of Shenyang economic zone, and puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions. The mechanism of real estate market linkage development of Shenyang economic zone refers to the real estate market structure and working principle of Shenyang economic zone, and linkage development mechanism refers to the operation process and operation mode of real estate market of Shenyang economic zone.%针对沈阳经济区房地产联动发展，从理论上分析了沈阳经济区房地产市场联动发展机理和发展机制，从实践上提出了沈阳经济区房地产市场联动发展的对策建议。沈阳经济区房地产市场联动发展机理是指沈阳经济区房地产市场的构造和工作原理，联动发展机制是指沈阳经济区房地产市场的运行过程和运行方式。
