浅谈基于Cimatron E加工策略的快速编程方法

摘要

文章从Cimatron E软件的加工模块分析，通过分析各种类型模具加工的工艺文件，针对模具的各个构成曲面对应着Cimatron E软件中的加工策略，从而总结出一种通用的加工策略选择方案。通过案例进行验证，能够证明大多数的模具生产加工都可以用这个策略来进行程序的编制，从而在一定程度上提高生产加工效率。%This article starts from the analysis of Cimatron E manufacturing module, goes through analysis of documents introducing processing crafts of different types of moldings and concludes with a standard manufacturing plan selecting scheme based upon corresponding processing plans of every molding-comprising curve surface in the Cimatron E software. Tested with cases, this scheme is proved to be able to programme manufacturing plans for molding producing in most cases, thus improving the production and processing efficiency up to a point.
