本文以白河县为例，调查分析了该地区水土保持工作的开展情况，探讨了白河县以水土保持工程为依托，以防治水土流失和开发利用山坡地为双重目的农业发展模式---水土保持型生态农业，总结了白河县水土保持工作在农业发展中起到的重要作用。水土保持工程改善了农业生产基本条件，改善了生态环境和提高了土壤的肥力，提高了农产品产量，减少了环境污染。水土保持型生态农业具有良好的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益，该模式适合于在陕南丘陵山区推广。%Abstract This paper analyzed the situation of soil and water conservation in the Baihe County, explored a new agricultural development mode: eco-agriculture with soil and water conservation,which prevents water loss and soil erosion and utilizes hillside for the dual purposes based on soil and water conservation, summarized the important role of Baihe County soil and water conservation work in its agricultural development. Soil and water conservation projects improve the basic conditions for agricultural production, improve the ecological environment, soil fertility, agricultural production and reduce environmental pollution. Eco-agriculture with soil and water conservation has good economic, ecological and social benefits, the model is suitable for promotion in hilly area in southern shaanxi.
