This paper focuses on the analysis of typical spoiler failure of Boeing 737 aircraft occurred in operation, investigats the places where the failure may occur one by one combining with the fault phenomenon, maintenance manuals and the past experience, finds the fault source, replaces the parts. and finally analyzes the failure and and sums up the lessons learned.%本文主要对波音737飞机运行中出现的典型的扰流板故障进行分析，根据故障现象依据维护手册，并结合以往经验，对故障相关部位进行逐一排查，发现故障源所在，更换部件。最后对故障进行了分析和经验总结。
