Through field surveys of Nanyang Basin and the test, analysis and research of plenty of water and soil samples, this paper identified the distribution of high fluoride groundwater, comprehensively analyzed the impact of climate, lithologic characteristics of the unsaturated zone, structure, topography conditions, hydro geological conditions and water chemistry environment on the formation of high fluoride groundwater. Through the summary of the law and the analysis of the causes, the understanding of the migration, transformation and enrichment of fluoride in groundwater system is deepened, which provides a theoretical basis for the correct guidance of the prevention of Nanyang fluoride groundwater and the research of endemic fluoride disease.%通过对南阳盆地实地调查,及大量地下水样和部分土样进行试验、分析、研究,基本查明了南阳盆地高氟地下水的分布特征,通过综合分析气候、包气带岩性及结构、地形地貌条件、水文地质条件以及水化学环境条件等各环境因素对高氟地下水形成的影响,通过总结规律和分析成因相结合的方法深化对地下水系统中氟的迁移、转化和富集的认识,为正确指导南阳地区高氟地下水的防治和地方性氟病的研究工作提供了理论依据。
