在当前国内煤炭市场持续低迷的情况下，对矿井采区设计方案进行分析、优化，根据采区煤层具体情况重新划分采区，增加辅助采区，针对不同煤层采用不同的开采方法，以此来减少采区前期生产投入，降低吨煤成本，适应当前低迷的煤炭市场形势，获得一定的效益，实现矿井健康、稳定发展。%Under the continued sluggish situation of domestic coal market, this paper analyses and optimizes the design programme of mining district of the mine, redraws the mining district according to the coal seam and assistant mining district is added, and different mining methods aimed at different coal seam are used to reduce the previous production inputs of the mining district and the cost of per ton of coal, adapt current sluggish situation of the coal market, obtain some benefits, and achieve healthy and stable development of the mine.
