浅议煤炭企业成本管控

煤炭市场形势持续下滑，煤价下跌，库存高企，成本上升，几乎成了所有煤炭企业之痛。煤炭市场竞争越来越激烈，煤炭企业要想在竞争中取胜，必须完善管理机制，强化成本管控。本文从成本管控的重要性出发，对煤炭企业成本管控中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了相应的对策。%The coal market situation has continued to decline. Prices fall, high inventory and cost rises has become the headache of almost all the coal enterprises. The coal market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to win in the competition, coal enterprises must improve the management mechanism and strengthen cost management and control. This article analyzes the problems in coal enterprise cost control from the importance of the cost contro and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
