浅析法庭辩论中介入资源的言语体现

摘要

This paper briefly analyzes the specific language use of evaluation resources in the court arguments, taking the engagement system in evaluation theory as the analysis framework. As a kind of typical court institutional discourse, the court arguments reflect the relationships among the legal participants and the language means used by the parties to achieve their purpose. Through the analysis, the author thinks that the engagement resources have been widely used in the courtroom discourse, and can well analyze the courtroom discourse by applying the engagement resources.%本文以评价理论中的介入系统为分析框架，简要分析了评价资源在法庭辩论中的具体语言运用。作为一种典型的法庭机构性语篇，法庭辩论中体现着各法律参与者间的人际关系以及各方为实现自己的目的所运用的语言手段。通过分析，笔者认为介入资源在庭审话语中有着广泛的应用，并可以较好地分析庭审话语。
