变电站土建工程方案设计优化研究

摘要

By using the value engineering theory and method, this paper carries on special design and overall optimization of all the design elements from project conception to the end, at the same time imagines the civil part and proposes appropriate policy recommendations.%本文通过运用价值工程理论与方法，将工程项目从项目构思到结束的全部设计要素综合进行专项设计和整体优化，同时对土建部分作出设想，并提出相应的政策建议。
