Based on the social need for public nutritionist’s ability, this article analyzes the talent training scheme, teaching contents, examination mode and practice teaching. It explores the reform measures in talent training process and puts forward corresponding solutions, so as to enhance the employment competitiveness of nutrition and catering graduates.%依据公共营养师的社会需求能力,就人才培养方案、授课内容、考核方式及实践教学进行分析,探索人才培养方式过程中的改革措施,提出相应的解决方案,增强营养与配餐专业毕业生的就业竞争力。
