生源多样化背景下高职院校学风建设的研究与实践

摘要

随着我国高等职业教育的迅速发展，招生制度改革不断推进，高职院校生源结构也随之发生了巨大变化。生源多样化的状况使得高职院校学风建设的难度越来越大。本文分析了目前高职院校生源多样化学生的现状和特点，并对当前高职院校学风现状进行了认真梳理，积极探索适合高职院校特点的学风建设新途径。%With the rapid development of higher vocational education and constant enrollment system reform in China, the structure of higher vocational college students has changed dramatically, which makes the construction of higher vocational college study style more and more difficult. This paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the diversification of students in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the present situation of study style in higher vocational colleges and actively explores new ways suited to the characteristics of the higher vocational college study style construction.
