高速铁路融资模式的国际比较和我国企业的现实选择

         

摘要

The high-speed railway construction, as one of the important link of the public infrastructure construction in china, has the traits with long construction and investment period, huge investments and high risk. Along with the rapid development of high-speed railway in recent years, the financing mode of high-speed railway construction in china also presents its own features, but the narrow financing channel, the single source of funds and the scarce and not enough innovating mode of financing are still the big problems in the financing of the high-speed railway construction. This article tries to make comparisons in high-speed rail funding model between the United States and Japan, and points out how to choose financing model to obtain the biggest economic benefits in the current environment in china.%高速铁路建设作为我国公共基础设施建设的重要环节之一,具有建设投资期长、投资额巨大和高风险等特征。伴随着近几年高速铁路的迅速发展,我国高铁建设的融资模式也呈现出其自己的特点,但融资渠道狭窄、资金来源单一、不能丰富和创新融资模式仍是高铁建设筹资中的重大问题。本文试对美国、日本等国的高铁融资模式进行比较,指出在当前的环境下我国高速铁路应如何选取融资模式才能取得最大的经济效益。
