From the perspective of the economic value added(EVA), this paper analyses the strategic management of the enterprises, and puts forward the optimization management and innovation management measures, thus improving the strategic management level of the enterprises and promoting the core competence of the enterprises.%本文在经济增加值（EVA）视角下，对企业的战略管理进行了分析，并提出了优化管理以及创新管理的措施，从而提高企业战略管理水平，促进企业核心竞争力的提升。
